- We have offered transaction advisory services (buy-side) to the Chennai Port Trust for their acquisition of the entire GoI stake in Kamarajar Port Limited (KPL) for purchase consideration of INR 2383 crore.
- We have also offered buy-side advisory to the Vishakhapatnam Port Trust for the acquisition of the GoI stake in Dredging Corporation of India Limited for purchase consideration of INR 1049 crore.
