SBICAPS EcoCAPSule Sep’26: Unstable Equilibrium Moves Towards Stable Disequilibrium

The Sep’26 volume of the EcoCapsule summarises the last geopolitical matrix which represents a worsening of tensions. Commodity prices have once again gone awry. The Report decodes the possible impact of the same on the actions by Central Banks. Further, an account of India’s growth story is provided, followed by a summary of the risks and opportunities for the rest of FY27. The impact of RBI’s actions on forex inflows is analysed from multiple angles such as C/D ratio and liquidity. Finally, we look at the cumulative impact of the movements in the variables on possible rate changes and benchmark debt yields.
