Job Description / Responsibilities

• Undertake industry research based on secondary data and publish regular reports with actionable insights
• Monitor the macroeconomic environment and undertake fundamental research on the fiscal and monetary position
• Financial modelling and analysis of new and complex transaction structures
• Company specific analysis and preparation of equity/credit research notes
• Undertake ad-hoc projects for various stakeholders
• Develop and maintain databases for economic, industry, and company data
• Study of regulatory developments and interpreting IPO documents/ credit agreements / bond indentures/ other legal documents

Skills

• Data interpretation and analysis
• Impeccable writing skills with focus on financial report writing
• Advanced expertise in Microsoft Office suite, especially MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Powerpoint
• Proficiency in Bloomberg, CEIC, and/or Cogencis
• Financial modelling
