The four STRPPS will be of different maturity and shall be redeemable at par. The Issue is being made under the Securities And Exchange Board of India (Issue and Listing of Municipal Debt Securities) Regulations, 2015 (“SEBI ILMDS”) read with Securities and Exchange Board of India Operational Circular for Issue and Listing of Non-convertible Securities, Securitised Debt Instruments, Security Receipts, Municipal Debt Securities and Commercial Paper dated August 10, 2021 (“SEBI Operational Circular”) and Securities and Exchange Board of India Issue of Green Debt Securities by an issuer under Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue and Listing of Municipal Debt Securities) Regulations, 2015 (“SEBI Green Debt Securities Circular”) and other relevant circulars and guidelines. The offer document dated February 01, 2023 (the “Offer Document”) has been filed with Securities and Exchange Board of India and National Stock Exchange of India Limited (“NSE”), being our Designated Stock Exchange, in accordance with the SEBI ILMDS Regulations.
