Responsible for managing L2 networking, Checkpoint firewalls, VMware virtualization L1 Management, Windows Server 2022, and corporate desktop management, Security Audits, Veeam Enterprise Backup
Key Responsibilities
• Network & Security: Administer Checkpoint firewalls (policies, VPNs) and manage L3 routing/switching.
• Systems & Virtualization: Maintain VMware vSphere/vCenter and administer Windows Server 2022
• Desktop Management: Oversee endpoint deployment and serve as the final escalation point for OS/hardware issues.
• Uptime & Backups: Monitor performance, patch infrastructure, and manage disaster recovery backups.
Skills
• Firewalls: Hands-on experience with Checkpoint firewall management.
• Systems: Experienced in VMware ESXi and Windows Server 2022.
• Networking: L2 routing protocols, VLANs, SSL VPN Tunnels
• Windows Server 2022 enterprise, Active Directory, Secure configuration Documents
• VPN – SSL VPN, site-to-site VPN and remote-access VPN configuration/troubleshooting
