PGDM/ MBA (Finance) Full time 2 yrs reputed Top B schools /Chartered Accountant

Experience

13 years + Relevant experience in a Financial Institution/Large Lenders/Financial Advisors.

Domain Knowledge Competencies

Lead the team engaged in large and medium sized Project Finance, Infrastructure Advisory and
Finance, Corporate Finance Advisory for Private, PSU  and Government agencies involving Project
appraisal, feasibility analysis, market analysis, capital & operating cost analysis, structuring of capital,
Arrangement & Syndication of funds, Valuation and Buy-side/sell-side M&A advisory, from origination
to closure of the transactions in the Eastern & North Eastern region

Job Responsibility:

• Lead and develop a team of 6–8 Corporate Finance professionals across sectors and regions.
• Originate and execute complex transactions across all product lines.
• Build and manage profitable client relationships in partnership with Corporate Banking.
• Drive strategic business growth through proactive idea generation and market insights.
• Ensure high-quality deal execution including assisting lenders/investors in their due diligence and robust documentation
• Share product and market expertise across teams to enhance firm-wide capabilities.
• Promote innovation, compliance, and operational excellence in all aspects of deal-making.
• Understanding and knowledge of relevant regulatory framework to execute mandates

Essential

• Knowledge of financial modeling, Deal Structuring, negotiation, Presentation & Communication skills.
• Domain knowledge and experience in Infrastructure (preferably including Power, Renewable), Core sectors (preferably including Oil & Gas, Steel, Sugar Industry)
• start up ecosystem would be an added advantage.
• Experience / exposure in M & A and PE will be an added advantage
