  M&A (both buy side and sell side, including experience in due diligence); PE, Acquisition financing (Equity/debt).Should be well acquainted with financial model building and analysis, valuation of companies and research work.

Responsibilities:

• Supports the AVP in origination of M&A&A products and services.
• Helps in deal origination
• Will be personally responsible for deal execution.

Nature of Experience:

• Should be well versed in Fund raising (with particular emphasis on private equity. Knowledge on the debt market will be an added advantage). Cross border and Domestic M&A advisory (Buy-side/Sell-side and Mergers), Corporate Advisory (Joint Ventures/Business Valuation), Business Development and Strategy Implementation.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for developing and managing a team of Managers
• Originates ideas for Clients M&A, PE and Acquisition financing
• Originate business in M&A, PE and Acquisition financing for the Company.
• Well acquainted with typical acquisition deal structuring and market pricing decisions.
• Imparts product knowledge to subordinates and peers in the Group.
• Execute and Close transactions
• Typically manages a team of 2 to 4 managers

Function: Relationship

Location : Bangalore/ Hyderabad/Ahmedabad (one position in each location)

Nature of Experience:

• Client coverage in Corporate banking/Investment Banking (mainly private & international banks) Exposure of Financial products (Advisory, equity, debt & structuring) Proven Relationship skills.

Responsibilities:

• Originates either with a product or with an industry focus.
• Helps in origination of business for various geographies in the company
• Handles financial arrangements of complexity
• Develop proactive ideas in client delivery and develop more client & investor relationships
• Maintaining relationship with corporate clients on a ongoing basis
• Developing new corporate relations through Research/Networking
• Delivering business targets in terms of income billing and client acquisition
• Ensure billing & collection
